This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the guidelines and stipulations regarding the ownership, use, and contribution of materials, resources, and content within the scope of the mentorship program. The policy is designed to protect the intellectual property rights of the creators while fostering an environment of sharing, learning, and collaboration.

Ownership of Materials: All materials, resources, and content provided by the mentorship program, including but not limited to documents, presentations, videos, webinars, and any other intellectual property, remain the property of the mentorship program or their respective owners.

Usage Rights: Participants in the mentorship program are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the provided materials solely for personal and non-commercial purposes related to the mentorship program. Any other use of the materials requires explicit written permission from the owner.

Restrictions: Under no circumstances may participants reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise use the materials provided by the mentorship program for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written consent from the rightful owner.
3. Contributions:

Participant Contributions: Participants are encouraged to contribute their own content, such as written work, graphics, models, or other materials, to the mentorship program to enhance learning and collaboration.

The contributor grants the mentorship program a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and prepare derivative works of the contributions.
